This 1' x 3' shelf (pictured on a Magliner™ Junior with Backstage upper, middle and lower shelves) mounts to the railing of the Backstage Upper Shelf. It's made of welded aluminum, black powder coated, and has grey carpet.

If you have an existing upper shelf, you'll need to drill two 5/8" holes.
