This 1/4-20 to 3/8-16 adapter consists of a 3/8" screw and a 1/4" screw joined together by a hexagonal spacer. The result is an adapter capable of joining a 3/8" and 1/4" threaded holes through this adapter. Spacer is designed for strong tightening and ease of use with tools.

The 1/4''-20 to 3/8'' -16 adapter allows one to marry both of the popular and standard camera threads. This allows greater versatility and opens up a whole new way to set up cameras and the associated equipment. It is robust, small and light - be sure to keep your little bolts, spuds and adapters seperate to avoid confusion and slowing down the film process! I use a tough tackle box that works perfectly. Add it to your kit, you won't regret it. Highly recommended.
