The basic unit has two 5/8" (standard USA Grip Gear Diameter) sockets, then it has two insert pieces: One 1/4 -20 male to 1/4-20 female, and the other adapter is 3/8-16 male to 3/8-16 female. The possibilities are definitely not endless, but it is a good problem solving piece of equipment when it comes to marrying odd sexed items together. A must have item for every rigging grip.
