Camera Operators' Tools & Supplies

There's not a whole lot of supplies made for camera operators. They just show up for work (fully rested of course) and step up to the camera which has already been built by the camera assistants. Once in a while they might need some knee pads for extensive operating on baby legs or a hi-hat. A fresh eyepiece chamois is always helpful. Other than that, altoids, sunglasses, and perhaps a nice shade hat is all one needs. Many of items in cinematography are actually used, consumed or operated by camera assistants.
