Canon Vixia HV40 Camcorder

The Vixia HV40 is a premium quality camcorder by Canon that shoots video in full HD 1920 x 1080. The HV40 has a true HD Video Lens, Optical Image Stabilizer, Instant Auto Focus, 24p, 30p and 60i video capture modes as well as Canon's DIGIC DV II Processor designed for high definition video capture. The HV40 is a popular camera with production companies because it shoots in 24p, which provides the appearance of the same frame rate as movie film. You can use the VIXIA HV40's CINE setting in addition to the 24p mode, which changes the color and tonal characteristics, to achieve the look and feel of a movie shown in a theater. For added flexibility, these settings can be used together or independently.
