Why is Don Earl the most photographed name in the movie business? The answer is actually quite simple: Virtually every major motion picture and TV Show has at least one Don Earl Slate in use...and its been that way for over 30 years.

Even though Don is retired, he and his wife Verla are still hard at work and now they've reintroduced the Don Earl Locking FrontBox. Each box fits the standard frontbox pins found on most gear and fluid heads that are used within the industry.

Each box is designed to hold all of your markers, tools, cleaning supplies, and your Don Earl or Filmtools Slate.

The back mounting plate has two indented locking levers that will hold your box firmly in place. (see lower photo)
