Filmtools Senior Cart. 'Extreme' Model

The newly re-designed Filmtools Senior Extreme Cart has a 600 lb. Capacity Hand Truck/ 1200 lb. Capacity Platform Truck. Unlike the competitors, the Filmtools Sr. Heavy Duty Frame has five extruded square-tube cross supports vs. three "U" channels with the competition. It's 18" x 10" nose is made of extruded aluminum- not cast, and it's larger than those normally offered as "standard issue" noses on other carts in the motion picture industry. The bed is 55.5" x 12" and it's extruded aluminum wheel brackets carry a lifetime warranty- the best in the industry.

Our new design now utilizes the Jr. main U-bar handle with two red hand grips (Sr Magliners don't come stock with the grips). Now you can add any Backstage Sr top shelf with ease- just get one of our 30" nose extensions and the shelf will fit into place without having to make awkward modifications.

Filmtools 'Standard' Senior carts also come stock with 5" locking casters (not grocery cart wheels) and the main 10" 4-ply tube type tires are 3 1/2" wide, mounted on a 2 piece steel hub, yielding a 600 lb. vertical payload on the high tensile steel axle. (Our competition offers 2-ply tires with a 500 pound load)

The locking mechanism for the fold-down handle is built to last and it's the smoothest in the industry.
