Anchor Spike — In the old days it was common to use a Ford half axle as a stake driven into the ground to anchor high stands Overheads etc. Since junkyards ran out of half axles many years ago MSE started manufacturing its substitute the Anchor Spike. CAUTION: Don’t try this in your old Ford.
