This slate has the lines and titles painted on with enamel and is considered an industry standard. Less expensive than the slates with engraved lines and titles, its ideal to retire to your collection after your picture is wrapped. If you work on commercials, and use your slate on several back to back jobs, then we suggest using an engraved model. Made by Sobrante.
