The Schneider Optics Platinum IRND 2.4 - 92mm - Low Profile is a high-quality filter that aims at limiting the amount of light that can negatively affect the color rendition of camera. By eliminating the near-infrared light leakage, the color gains more accurate and captures truer colors while maintaining high MTF. With careful calculation to the cutoff frequency in nanometers, the camera's CCD or CMOS imager produces a near-infrared cut filter to ensure accurate,color-correct production.
The Schneider Optics Platinum IRND 2.4 - 92mm - Low Profile can be used as a standard neutral density filters for all HD and film cameras. The filter offers a neutral density of 2.4 which is equivalent to 8 stops of light loss. They are free of off-axis color shift and can be stacked without producing additional reflections or other blemishes.
