THE GREEN pod is a beanbag-style tripod alternative designed for use with DSLR cameras with zoom lenses. The universal 1/4" tripod mount located at THE EDGE of the pod connects to the body of the camera providing ample support for the lens as well. The lens strap secures the set-up and allows for complete lens function. THE GREEN pod is recommended for use with zoom lenses up to approximately 200mm. This pod can be used as a tripod and a brace, and it's small and light enough to stay attached to your camera or tucked into your camera bag for quick access.
