Filmtools Ultralight Mafer Clamp

The Filmtools Ultralight Mafer Clamp is comprised of an Ultralight Control Systems Ball Mount (AD-1420-M) and a Matthews Studio Equipment Super Mafer Clamp B540004. The new Matthews Super Mafer Clamp is strengthened to withstand greater clamping pressure than any other clamp of its kind. It can now be effective in even more uses. The productive pads in the jaws have been reformulated for better gripping action. Because of its superior strength, several new attachments have been added. The 5/8" baby pin receptacle accepts both the snap-in pins and standard baby pins.

Ultralight Control Systems makes precision rigging gear suited best for on-board monitors and small cameras. It's ball and socket system is designed to be sturdy, but when just snugged tight, there is enough flexibility to allow monitors to be repositioned. Even a Director can man-handle your cherished monitor without damaging it...and that way you don't have to curse him (again) and you get to keep your job as well! The system is totally modular and works well with Mini-Cardellini clamps or suction cups.
