Key Features
Native 4K Large-Format Sensor
The ALEXA Mini LF uses the same large-format sensor as the ALEXA LF in a smaller form factor. It supports ARRIRAW and ProRes recording in three modes:
- LF Open Gate (4448 x 3096)
- LF 16:9 (3840 x 2160)
- LF 2.39:1 Anamorphic (4448 x 1856)
With frame rates up to 90 fps (in LF 16:9), the camera delivers crisp slow-motion and high-frame-rate (HFR) performance.
REVEAL Color Science
Developed with input from cinematographers and colorists, ARRI’s REVEAL color science enhances color fidelity, contrast, and dynamic range. It enables faster SDR/HDR grading with cleaner images and better cross-camera compatibility.
CCM-1 Camera Control Monitor
The included CCM-1 is a 7" high-bright touchscreen monitor that connects via the same port as the MVF-2 without using an SDI output. It provides full camera control, an intuitive interface for menu navigation, and versatile monitoring options. It can also be used together with the MVF-2 if desired.
Professional-Grade Accessory Support
This set includes ARRI’s latest 19mm studio baseplate system, compatible with the ALEXA 35’s BUD-1 and BUD-3 dovetails for cross-rig flexibility. Additional components include:
- RAB-3 (rear accessory bracket)
- MAP-4 (multi-accessory plate)
- LCH-1 (lightweight camera handle)
A compatible power solution such as a B-Mount Power Splitting Box is required to complete the system.
Rugged, Flexible Build
The Mini LF has a compact, modular design, ideal for gimbals, drones, and handheld work. Key exterior features include:

Lens Compatibility
The integrated LPL mount supports ARRI’s Signature Prime lenses and transmits LDS-2, LDS-1, and Cooke /i metadata. The included PL-to-LPL adapter ensures compatibility with classic PL-mount lenses, including Super 35 and full-frame options.
Internal FSND Filters
Built-in full-spectrum neutral density (FSND) filters—ND 0.6, 1.2, and 1.8—allow for fast exposure control while maintaining color integrity and image quality.

Capture to Codex 1TB Compact Drives in:
- ARRIRAW or ProRes 4444 XQ/4444/422 HQ/422
- Up to 40 fps in LF Open Gate
- Up to 90 fps in LF 16:9 (ARRIRAW), 60 fps (ProRes)
