The ARRI Mini Adapter Plate MAP-2AÂ has been updated from earlier versions with an improved rod clamping mechanism. Designed to mount on either the bottom or top of the camera, this adapter enables you to flesh out your ALEXA Mini rig with 15mm LWS rod-mounted accessories (rods available separately).
Wing-style rod holder fasteners on the MAP-2A replace the lever fasteners found on earlier models making for quicker, easier builds and breakdowns. The ARRI Mini Adapter Plate MAP-2A is compatible with studio bridge plates when used with the separately available BPA-4 adapter. Tape measure studs on both sides of the plate aid in measuring precise focus distances.
