When used with digital video cameras, the mid range strengths like 1/2 and 1 help reduce the sharpness normally associated with video> The black Pro-Mist is one component that will yield a 'film look' to the image. The Black Pro-Mist filters are our best selling 'film-look' filters. Note- when shooting scenics and you are looking for that film-look, try the 1/8. Stronger strengths may yield a muddy look.
