Core SWX Battery Plate for Sony PXW-FX9 (Gold Mount)

The Core SWX Battery Plate for Sony PXW-FX9 (Gold Mount) mounts onto the rear of the camera, and goes in via a DC output cable, with a 4-pin XLR input for hot-swapping. Plug a 4-pin XLR external power source into it and, voila, you can now swap your Gold mount battery. The plate screws onto the side of the camera with three screws provided on the rear of the camera beneath the rounded corner cover plate. Meanwhile, a protruding ‘U’ bar is inserted into the camera’s battery slot with the Core SWX Battery Plate for Sony PXW-FX9 (Gold Mount).

The Core SWX Battery Plate for Sony PXW-FX9 (Gold Mount) provides a 19.5V output that's compatible with the camera. An LED on the side of the plate provides warning of low battery status. When the plate is not in use, the DC cable can be kept inside a dedicated compartment that's on the interior side of the plate.

There are also two D-Tap outputs for powering accessories. A USB port is also available for firmware updates. The plate is made of durable aluminum.
