Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement. Each replacement fee is $19. The flyaway replacement fee is $89.

The code will be emailed to the customer in two to three business days. Customer information will be relayed to DJI for activation. DJI will email the customer to confirm registration once processed.

Applicability

DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it is a brand new and unactivated aircraft or an aircraft activated within the last 48 hours. Please note that DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it is purchased. To ensure you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
