The Hollyland 2/4 Wire Converter for Intercom Systems is constructed to link your 2- and 4-wire intercom systems. The 2/4 Wire Converter has an ALTAIR 3-Pin XLR input to convert a 2-wire or 4-wire intercom system, such as ALTAIR, ClearCom, Hanson, Syscom, and Datavideo. The 2-wire connector is powered by the intercom system, with voltage and static protection, ESD tested to avoid damage with the 12 to 36V supply, and a shorter distance compensator switch that is suitable for cable lengths of up to 656'. The unit measures 1/4 RU and can daisy chain with up to three other units to provide four sets of intercom connections within a 1 RU environment with the Hollyland 2/4 Wire Converter for Intercom Systems.

The voltage-protection design effectively prevent damage to the equipment by overvoltage input, while an electrostatic discharge (ESD) ±6000V test avoids ESD damage in dry or humid environments
