The Kondor Blue 114mm Lens Back Clamp is quick and easy to add the ARRI-style 8mm 4-post KONDOR Blue 114mm Back Clamp to any of the KONDOR Blue Matte Box System kits. All adjustment knobs (See Figure A) are captive for peace of mind and easy use. Gone are the bent lens clamp tightening rods, lost hardware, and basic clamps that you see with other matte boxes on the market. (Figure A) The lens cuff is nested within the housing mounted to an 8-bolt attachment to a mounting plate. The bolts are then covered by a felt lining to absorb light and prevent reflections.
The Kondor Blue 114mm Lens Back Clamp dual bearing system snaps into the KONDOR Blue Lens Thread Adapters and Compression Rings on the 114mm Back Clamp, its inner diameter additionally prevents the lens adapters as well as the 114mm barrel lens being installed too deep
