The Kondor Blue RED Komodo Cage (Cage Only)(Space Gray) is designed to provide a secure and non-slip mounting solution for your camera, utilizing top and bottom screws. The cage incorporates rubber padding on the base to safeguard your camera against scratches and movement, ensuring it remains securely in place.
What's unique about this cage is its open design, granting easy access to all of the camera's ports and controls. With this Camera Cage from Kondor Blue, you can not only enhance the protection of your RED KOMODO camera but also expand its creative potential by accommodating various accessories, making it a valuable addition for your filmmaking endeavors.
The Kondor Blue RED Komodo Cage (Cage Only)(Space Gray) offers ARRI-style rosettes on the left and right sides so you can add optional side handgrips or extension arms for 360° rotation. There are also 1/4"-20 threads and two integrated NATO rails on the sides with safety pins to prevent your accessories from sliding. On the top of the cage is an integrated NATO rail with multiple 1/4"-20 threads and a 3/8"-16 ARRI-style anti-twist thread for accessories such as a monitor, top handle, or microphone. On the bottom, there are 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod mounting threads, and on the front are two threads for an optional lens support. A magnetic tool set including an Allen wrench stores in the base of the cage.
