This is a popular lens for creating artistic images with soft bokeh, image detail control with great micro-contrast, and low chromatic aberration. NiSi ATHENA PRIME 18mm T2.2 Full-Frame Lens (Leica L, Drop-In Filter Mount) has all the characteristics of an spring-loaded full-frame lens including a large tapered focus ring, and aperture rings, with an all-mechanical aperture control. The lens has a maximum aperture of T2.2, and the front diameter is 80mm, it has no focus breathing.
The focus ring is capable of rotating 300° for intuitive control. Markings on the lens are fluorescent and in both feet and meters. The lens has a 46mm image circle to capture as many details as possible. A drop-in filter mount places your lens filters of choice in between your camera sensor and lens body.
