The Nikon MC-DC2 Remote Release Cord is a wired release cable which gives additional convenience and ease of use in more situations, such as long exposures and close-ups. Long exposures of 30 seconds or more will generate light effects not available with a shorter exposure. Using the Nikon MC-DC2 Remote Release Cord will eliminate camera shake, producing a sharper resulting image. Remote Lock keeps the camera shutter in Long Time Exposure (Bulb) mode. 3.3' (1 m) cord.
