The Nikon WR-T10 Wireless Remote Controller Transmitter is a remote control transmitter that pairs with Nikon’s WR-R10 Wireless Remote Controller transceiver (sold separately): together, they can act as a remote shutter-release for Nikon DSLR cameras, which works wirelessly. Radio frequencies are used for the WR-T10/WR-R10 units which communicate with each other; you can shoot any number of Nikon DSLR cameras that have the WR-R10 units with one Nikon WR-T10 Wireless Remote Controller Transmitter.
The WR-T10 can control the shutter on an unlimited number of cameras with a paired WR-R10 unit attached.
Three radio frequency channels are available for use, to prevent interference when multiple pairings or photographers are shooting in one location.
Useful for triggering the shutter remotely when using slower shutter speeds, to prevent camera movement.
Range from the WR-T10 to WR-R10s is 66 feet (20 meters).
