By shifting the shoe mount to the side, you can conveniently attach a light or microphone without obstructing the fold-out screen. This feature is particularly useful for vlogging or taking selfies from the front of the camera. The SmallRig Right-Side Shoe Mount Relocation Plate securely installs into the camera's shoe mount and strap slot using an m2.5 screw to prevent any twisting, while a rubber pad ensures protection against scratches. Additionally, a slot is provided on the side of the plate for attaching a hand or shoulder strap.
