The Scottsdale Sunset FD1A Series 12-Foot Double-Sided Stepladder features a 300lb. workload capacity. Manufactured with solid fiberglass channels, these ladders feature 3″ wide, anti-skid, serrated aluminum steps which are secured with 6 rivets. The double-sided design means you can easily climb up either side without continually having to re-adjust the ladder. All Ladders meet or exceed ANSI or OSHA requirements.
