The Venus Optics Laowa Proteus 2x Anamorphic 60mm T2 Lens (PL/EF, Meters, Amber Flare) is a compact, cinema-quality anamorphic lens designed for high-definition video on S35+ sensors such as the ARRI ALEXA 35 and RED V-RAPTOR. It features a 60mm focal length, interchangeable PL and EF mounts, and a T2–T22 aperture range for deep depth of field. The 2x anamorphic squeeze creates a vintage, cinematic look, while an optional 1.4x full-frame expander allows full-frame coverage.

This lens focuses as close as 27.6" and offers high contrast, amber-colored anamorphic flares, and a 46.7° horizontal field of view. Other features include 0.8 MOD cine gears on focus and aperture rings, a 105mm front filter thread, and a 114mm outer diameter.
