The Zacuto TAP Slide is designed for used with the Tripod Adapter Plate. The slide helps provide additional back and forth adjustment between the TAP Slide and Tripod Adapter Plate. The TAP Slide acts as a stopper for the Tripod Adapter plate. When in this configuration, the plate can freely slide for balance and is clamped securely with the red lever. Underneath the TAP slide are three 1/4"-20 screw holes, two 3/8"-16 screw holes and a locator pin port to accomodate tripods, monopods, dollies and more.
