Perform handheld shots in comfort and expand your rig with the Zacuto Z-Finder Recoil Pro Rig for Sony BURANO. This shoulder-mounted rig includes a VCT Pro baseplate, top plate, left and right side rails, a tactical handle, and the Z-Finder EVF for the BURANO, giving you a complete solution for handheld filmmaking.
VCT Pro Baseplate
The VCT Pro Baseplate features a V-wedge tripod mount with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, 15mm LWS rod ports, and extra space for mounting accessories under the camera lens for optimal balance. The 10" sliding track allows quick adjustments after lens changes. The ergonomic gel polymer shoulder pad provides comfort, while spring-loaded levers on rod ports and the camera plate enable fast adjustments. Made in the USA, it also includes two 6.5" 15mm rods and mounting screws.
Z-Finder for Sony BURANO
The Z-Finder provides 2.5x magnification of the Sony BURANO LCD monitor with a flip-up design and adjustable diopter for precise focus. It includes two extender frames, anti-fog disks, and a built-in aluminum sun mask. The finder adds stability to handheld shots by providing an additional point of contact between the camera and your eye. Note: Avoid direct sunlight through the Z-Finder lens to protect the LCD.
Top Plate for Sony BURANO
The Zacuto cheese-style Top Plate allows mounting of accessories on top of your BURANO camera, with an integrated NATO rail, 15mm rod ports, and multiple threaded mounting points. Compatible with or without the original Sony handle, the plate supports monitor arms, lens motors, matte boxes, and other accessories.
Tactical Handle
The Tactical Handle provides a versatile mounting option as a top handle or side grip. It features a built-in Z-Rail/NATO rail, shoe mount, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads. Finger-grooved wood lining ensures comfortable handling. Compatible with Zacuto rails, monitor mounts, shoulder rigs, cages, and various BURANO rig components.
Side Rails for Sony BURANO
The durable side rails integrate with the VCT baseplate and top plate to expand accessory mounting options. Each rail features ARRI-style rosettes with M6 threads, as well as 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for attaching monitors, grips, or other filmmaking accessories.
