The Zoom SGV-6 Supercardioid Vocal Mic for V6 and V3 Vocal Processors is a high-quality microphone designed to be used by a vocalist with the Zoom V6 or V3 vocal processors. Zoom SGV-6 Supercardioid Vocal Mic for V6 and V3 Vocal Processors has a supercardioid polar pattern with a highly directional pickup pattern, letting it isolate your voice from potentially troublesome feedback and ambient sound from other instruments on stage (which can ‘leak’ through a traditional mic’s signal and interfere with the vocoder). This shotgun vocal mic is called the Zoom SGV-6.
The SGV-6 utilizes three microphone elements and special processing to help ensure only your voice is picked up. This enables vocal processors to modulate your voice with unmatched accuracy for more accurate pitch correction and harmonization. The mic requires 48V phantom power to operate.
