The Eiko SP85 fluorescent lamp can be the answer for those who are power or heat conscience. They are ideal for use in China Balls where brightness greater than what is suggested by the manufacturers is needed. This lamp does have a slight green spike, not noticeable to the eye, but the Minolta Color Temperature Meter shows a "full minus green" is needed to balance it....no problem. Just create a tube out of a Lee minus green gel and you are ready to shoot.
Bulb stands 11" tall above the socket and is 4" in diameter. China Ball not included.
