The Aputure STORM 1000c is a powerful, full-spectrum LED monolight that expands Aputure's BLAIR-CG chipset lineup. Designed for professional film and television production, this IP65-rated fixture offers exceptional brightness, outstanding color accuracy, and robust build quality, all in a modular system ready for any environment. It ships with a 45° reflector, control box, head and power cables, and a rolling case.
BLAIR-CG Light Engine
At the core of the STORM 1000c is Aputure's advanced BLAIR-CG chipset, which incorporates blue, lime, amber, red, and indigo LEDs to achieve high brightness and precise color reproduction.
Key color performance specs include:
- CRI 97 / TLCI 97
- SSI 88 at 3200K, SSI 86 at 5600K
- Over 90% coverage of the Rec.2020 color space
- Calibrated indigo emitter for natural-looking daylight and tungsten balance
The chipset supports richly saturated hues with exceptional accuracy, including difficult tones like yellow.
