Filmtools Camera Assistant Junior Cart

The Filmtools Camera Assistant Junior Cart is a solid 151lb cart custom designed to hold your critical on-set gear, making it an invaluable tool for photographers, filmmakers, camera assistants, etc. This Filmtools cart includes 36" x 24" x 1.5" shelves, a 30" nose extension, and both 10" and 8" wheels. All Filmtools carts come with a 10 year conditional warranty.

This junior cart is built from the ground up at our Burbank facility and starts out with a B&P 6061 T6 frame that is assembled with aircraft grade stainless steel rivets. It offers a removable 24" x 36" top shelf and a 24" x 36" attached bottom shelf.

It also features 10" 4-ply tube-type pneumatic tires, rated to 350 pounds each, and steel split rims with sealed roller bearings for the best quality main wheel combination. The 8" tires are also 4-ply tube-type, but rated for a 295 pound load factor, so you can enjoy a 1290 pound capacity total. 

Other parts of this kit include the Backstage Tripod Holder with 5/8" Baby Pin, Front Box Adapter, and Backstage Hi/Lo Hat Holder. 

Backstage Tripod Holder with 5/8" Baby Pin

The Backstage Tripod Holder with 5/8" Baby Pin is an accessory for your cart to help you carry tripods and mount video monitors on it. This accessory can carry most 35mm motion picture camera tripods. With the two tongues, you can fold them flat when the nose is retracted into the stowage position. 

Front Box Adapter

The Front Box Adapter fits on the upper shelf, between the handles on Magliner or Filmtools Cart upper shelves that are made by Backstage Equipment.

Backstage Hi/Lo Hat Holder

The Backstage Hi-Lo Hat Holder mounts on the lower base of the handles on all Filmtools and Magliner Convertible Carts that have been modified with the Backstage 8" wheel conversion kits.
