Thunderbolt 2 technology supports the full potential of two 3.5" hard drives in RAID 0, which offers a maximum sustained throughput speed of up to 474 MB/s. You can also reconfigure the Mercury Elite Pro Dual in a RAID 1 mode to enjoy instant mirroring of your data.

With dual Thunderbolt 2 ports, the Mercury Elite Pro Dual supports Thunderbolt daisy-chains that enable you to expand your workstation's capabilities with up to five additional Thunderbolt devices, including high-speed storage, expansion chassis for specialist workflows, and even a high-definition display.

The Mercury Elite Pro Dual features a heat-dissipating, brushed-aluminum design with a whisper-quiet, variable-speed fan. In addition, smart power conserves energy and extends the life of the drives inside.
