Miller CX18 Fluid Head

The Miller CX18 Fluid Head supports even the lightest of cameras with pan, tilt, and counterbalance all able to be set to zero. Perfect for fast-paced shooting environments and fully rigged cinema cameras or a full-sized ENG camcorder, the Miller CX18 accommodates a wide payload range up to 35.2 lb with 16 steps of counterbalance.

The CX18 is die-cast from a lightweight, yet durable metal alloy with composite polymers and precision ball-bearings for smooth mechanical operation. Even in harsh conditions, the CX18 will perform reliably. The base of the CX18 is a 100mm ball for mounting to compatible tripods and grip equipment. An illuminated bubble level makes it easy to level the CX18 in dark environments. A telescoping pan handle is included, and a second rosette is available for attaching an optional second pan handle. Additionally, securing your camera or rig is easy. The sideload plate design enables you to simply drop in your camera without the alignment issues posed by rear-loading variations and the plate offers 2.4" of sliding range to balance your rig.
