Movcam FX9 Top Plate

The Movcam FX9 Top Plate mounts to the top of your Sony FX9 camera and mates to the camera's top handle. Movcam FX9 Top Plate is milled from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and has fifteen 1/4"-20 and ten 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting holes. The 3/8"-16 tapped holes have ARRI compatible anti-twist divots so you can use ARRI anti-twist compatible accessories or standard 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded accessories. The 15mm rod clamp is built into the FX9 Top Plate allowing the mounting of 15mm rods to the top of your camera above the lens port where you can mount accessories such as a monitor, EVF or lens accessories.

Captive mounting screws simplify attaching and removing the plate as you need, withough worrying about misplacing the mounting screws. In addition to the accessory mounting holes, the plate is also machined to accept the clamp that secures the LCD viewfinder monitor cable. The plate is drilled and tapped to accept your camera's sensor plane marking pin, for accurately measuring by tape.
