The Nanuk 933 Hard Case (Black, 36.4L) has two PowerClaw latches, two holes for user-supplied padlocks, a purge valve, and a bezel system to prevent water intrusion. This case is waterproof and is lightweight with an IP67 rating. Use the robust top handle to carry, even in an upright position since the handle stays upright. As for the lid: it stays upright, too.
