Filmtools Lockers FAQ

Q: When do the lockers close?
A: They don’t! If your order has been placed in a locker you can pick up the item at your convenience. Locker orders are held for 7 days so you have time to come grab your package.

Q: Are the lockers cleaned?
A: Yes, the lockers are cleaned and disinfected daily.

Q: How will I know if my order is in a locker?
A: Orders that will fit in a locker will be automatically placed in a locker if one is available. If the order is too big or there is not an available locker your order will be available at our curbside pick up where one of our team members will help you.

Q: How will I know once my order is in a locker?
A: You will receive an email with a unique code, URL and instructions on how to open your locker.

Q Will my order be secure in the lockers?
A: Yes! The lockers are reinforced and weather resistant. Additionally the lockers are in a gated area with a code protected door.

Q: What happens if my order is too large to fit in a locker?
A: If your order is too large to fit in a locker it will be available at our curbside pick up where one of our team members will help you.

Q How long will my order be held in a locker?
A: Your order will be held for 7 days before being closed.

Q: Will I get a notice before my 7 days is up?
A: Yes! You will get a email and text (if you’ve opted in for SMS) 5 days after your order has been placed in a locker.

Q: If the gate to the lockers is closed, how do I get in?
A: In your locker confirmation email you will receive instructions, including a gate code, that will direct you how to open the gate if it is closed.

Q: Can someone else pick up my order out of a locker?
A: If you want to have someone else pick up your order they must have your unique 6 digit code OR the unique QR code. They will also have to sign for the package before the locker opens.

Q: How do I cancel my order if its in the locker?
A: If you need to cancel your order please contact customers service through email, phone or LiveChat and they will help you close your order.

Q: If I have a direct account with Filmtools will my curbside pick up orders be placed in a locker?
A: Please get in contact with your rep to set up locker pick up for your direct orders.
