Oyen Digital Mobius 2C 24TB 2-Bay USB 3.2 Gen 2 RAID Array (2 x 12TB HDDs)

The Oyen Digital Mobius 2C 24TB 2-Bay USB 3.2 Gen 2 RAID Array (2 x 12TB HDDs) is equipped with two 3.5" drive bays, each housing a Toshiba 8TB 7200 rpm Enterprise hard drive, providing a combined storage capacity of 16TB. This Oyen Digital Mobius 2C 2-Bay USB 3.2 Gen 2 RAID Array is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, formatted in exFAT. It features a 10 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port for direct host connectivity, along with a secondary 10 Gb/s USB-C hub port offering 15W power. This hub port serves for connecting additional peripherals or daisy-chaining other devices.

Built with a hardware RAID controller, the Mobius 2C may be configured as RAID 0, which stripes the drives together to optimize performance, or RAID 1, which simultaneously writes data to both drives for 1:1 redundancy. Also available are JBOD, which is the default configuration and lets each drive be independently utilized as well as SPAN, which creates one large non-RAID merged drive. An integrated fan helps keep things cool and included is a USB-C to USB-C cable, a USB-C to USB-A cable, a power cord, and a key.

The main USB-C port is compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and 4, although performance will be reflective of 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2. The hub port is only USB compatible and will not support Thunderbolt devices.
