The ProGrade Digital 480GB CFexpress 4.0 Type A Iridium Memory Card write speeds are 800 MB/s, and its VPG-200 certification of minimum write speeds guarantees that they will not dip below 200 MB/s, which is necessary to continuously record codecs such as raw 4K video and extremely data-intensive 4K and 6K ProRes 4444 codecs, as well as 4K, 6K and 8K ProRes 422 HQ codecs, among several others. X-ray-proof, shock-proof, vibration-proof, and extremely tolerant of high and low temperatures, the card leverages an NVMe PCIe Gen4 x1 host controller interface. It's also equipped with Refresh Pro, a feature that allows you to monitor the card's battery life and, among other things, sanitize it and bring it back to 'factory-fresh' speeds. Refresh Pro software also offers the option of an in-field firmware upgrade in the event that you should need it to maintain optimal performance with the ProGrade Digital CFexpress 4.0 Type A Iridium Memory Card.
