You can utilize video camcorders, DSLR cameras or field recorders to capture speech. It is compatible with smartphones, video cameras and other portable recording devices, as long as they feature a 1/4" input jack or a 3.5mm TRS/TRRS. .

The microphone has a frequency range of 50 Hz to 18 kHz and is built with a 20' cable. It is powered by the included LR44 battery and comes with a foam windscreen, a 1/4" plug adapter, a touch-tap fastener, a lapel clip, and a screwdriver with extra screws for the battery compartment.
