The Saramonic VMIC Pro Super Directional Video Condenser Microphone is a condenser microphone that is compatible with DSLR cameras and camcorders. With the VMIC Pro Microphone, you are able to adjust your level control (-10, 0, +20 dB) which gives you the option to capture audio in a wide range of environments. Additionally, the VMIC Pro has a high-pass filter (150 Hz) and a high-frequency boost (+6 dB).Â
The detachable 3.5mm cable connects the VMIC Pro to the audio input of the camera, while the stereo headphone output allows you to monitor the incoming audio. A rubberized shockmount system provides isolation from vibration and results in a substantial reduction of handling noise. In addition, a foam windscreen is also included.
