Schneider Optics 4 x 4" Graduated Storm Blue 3 Water White Glass Filter - Hard Edge

Schneider Optics Storm Blue is a rich aqua blue color. As a solid color it can be used to add gray green color to an ocean and sky for a stormy effect. Storm Blue graduated filters can be used to enhance a blue of sky, or when used inverted they can enhance the color of water or cool a snow covered mountain landscape. Note that the filter color MIXES with the sky or water color to create the final color.

Schneider makes both soft-edge(SE) and hard-edge(HE) Graduated Color filters. Typically, soft-edge filters are used with wide to medium-angle lenses because these lenses have greater depth of field. Hard-edge filters are preferred for use with telephoto lenses or for bold transitions.
