The Sigma 24mm f/3.5 DG DN Contemporary Lens (L-Mount) is a highly portable ultra-wide prime lens suitable for various shooting tasks, including landscape, street, and reportage photography. Sigma 24mm Contemporary Lens (L-Mount) compact profile makes it ideal for walkaround shooting, and it also features a 1:2 maximum magnification ratio and 4.25" minimum focusing distance, enabling close-up photography. The lens incorporates both aspherical and low dispersion glass elements, which help to minimize aberrations and distortions, resulting in precise and controlled image rendering. Additionally, a Super Multi-Layer Coating reduces ghosting and flare, enhancing color accuracy and contrast.

In regard to focusing, this lens uses a stepping motor for quick and quiet AF performance that suits both photo and video applications.
