SKB iSeries 6018-8 Waterproof Utility Case with Wheels (Black, Layered Foam)

The SKB iSeries 6018-8 Waterproof Utility Case with Wheels (Black, Layered Foam) is a crushproof case made of injection-molded polypropylene resin. The SKB case includes a foam interior that can be customized to fit the equipment's shape. The polymer material has a high resistance to corrosion, UV light, solvents, and prevents fungus from growing on the case.

All hinges are molded-in, and the latches have a patented trigger-release system that allows for easy access to and closure of the case. The rubber is molded over the handle for a comfortable grip. Once the case is closed, the auto-purge valve equalizes the air inside against atmospheric changes. On the inside diameter of the lid, an O-ring keeps water from getting in. SKB conducted a test by submerging the case in 10.5' of water and proved it to be waterproof to that depth.
