SmallHD FOCUS Pro Monitor Kit for RED DSMC2/KOMODO

The SmallHD FOCUS Pro Monitor Kit for RED DSMC2/KOMODO includes the software license and control cable you need to use the 5" daylight viewable monitor to control RED® DSMC2 cameras. Similar to the SmallHD Cine 7, the Focus Pro gives users quick access to essential RED camera settings with intuitive, user friendly controls.

Additional features include an L-series battery mount, numerous OS4 display and control tools, 3.5mm stereo headphone jack, a durable aluminum chassis, and a low power draw. The monitor features three 1/4"-20 mounting threads for a variety of mounting options. An ultra-clear screen protector and a cleaning cloth are included in the package.

Connected via the locking 5-pin USB port, RCP functionality enables unfettered access to camera operations and project settings such as recording formats, resolution, frame rates, shutter speed, aperture adjustment, autofocus, output tone map, highlight roll-off, 3D LUTs, Run/Stop and more.

While using the SmallHD FOCUS Pro Monitor you will be able to see everything. The Focus Pro offers a radiant 5-inch display with sharp resolution and daylight visibility for accurate image control. The SDI input provides real-time monitoring, and retracting menus offer an unobstructed field of view, so you see exactly as your camera sees.

Constructed with a sturdy, milled aluminum chassis that weighs only 9.6 oz, Focus Pro withstands heavy everyday operation and frees you to operate on the fly, without the restrictions of weight. 3 x ¼”-20 mounting points make it easy to secure to a rig, and the new Focus Pro Hinge Mount (sold separately) gives RED users the flexibility to tilt the monitor for optimal viewing.

Once you start, never stop. Low power consumption allows you to run without excessive swapping. A redesigned battery mount provides a stronger, more secure attachment for all compatible L Series type batteries, while the monitor may also be powered by an external source via a 2-pin input.
