The Zacuto EVA1 EVF Recoil Pro V2 is a shoulder rig that is compatible with the Panasonic EVA1 camera. When purchasing this rig, you will receive the Zacuto VCT Pro Baseplate, as well as the EVA1 Trigger Grip, the Top Handle with 15mm Rod Lock, and the EVA1 Top Plate - everything you need to head out on a shoot with your camera ready and secure on your shoulder. To ensure that the rig is balanced correctly, Zacuto put this rig together following their Recoil Rig philosophy. This means that the balance point is placed directly over your shoulder. The camera body is behind your shoulder, which relocates focus, monitoring, and camera controls forward. This system makes for a lighter, shorter, and properly balanced rig. 

The VCT Pro plate supports the camera with 10" of forward/back balance adjustment, and includes 15mm rods and rod clamps for rod-mounted accessories. The VCT Pro also enables your rig to go from your shoulder to tripod and back without removing accessories. The Trigger Grip relocates the EVA1's handgrip to an articulating arm, so you can use all the grip's functions while comfortably supporting the rig on your shoulder. The EVA1 Top Plate mounts on your camera and provides the capability to attach accessories to your camera without stressing its body. The included Top Handle and Rod Lock provide a contoured wood handle and 15mm rod clamp that you can mount onto the Top Plate for improved ergonomics and LCD mounting options.

VCT Pro Baseplate

The Zacuto VCT Pro Baseplate features a built-in curved shoulder pad, an Arri M6 rosette, quick-release 6.5" rods and lightweight rod ports. The v-wedge tripod connector is compatibe with the VCT14 tripod adapter plates or can be connected to your tripod quick release plate via the 1/4-20" and 3/8-16" screw holes. The Pro baseplate is compatible with al lcameras including Canon EOS C-series, Sony FS4 and FS7, AJA CION, BlackMagic, RED cameras, ARri Alexa and Amira, DSLRs, Mirrorless and more. 

The red sliding top plate offers easy adjust-ability for lens changes, removing your camera, and balancing your rig correctly on your shoulder. This sliding plate combined with a double screw track offers 10” of camera balance sliding range. You can quickly release your camera from the rig by sliding the red plate completely off and using our VCT Pro Dock to quickly transition it to a tripod, slider, etc.

The lightweight, adjustable rod mount is set far back in the plate, offering plenty of accessory-capable area under the camera lens. This allows you to position your camera further back on the plate, keeping the balance point of your rig directly over your shoulder. Panasonic EVA1 Trigger Grip

The Zacuto Panasonic EVA1 Trigger Grip is compatible with the Panasonic EVA1 camera grip. With this, you can attach your Panasonic EVA1 camera to camera supports that provide an ARRI-standard rosette. This includes the Zacuto VCT Pro baseplate. You can rotate the entire unit a full 360° just by pressing a lever, without having to worry about screwing or unscrewing any knobs, which makes the set easy-to-use and convenient. Another lever gives you the possibility of adjusting the length of the device.

Top Handle with Z-Rail and Cold Shoe Mount

The Zacuto Top Handle with Z-Rail and Cold Shoe Mount is compatible with a large variety of accessories, thanks to the single 3/8"-16 and multiple 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes. The Top Handle offers a built-in Z-Rail and cold shoe, alone with an orientable Z-Rail clamp. The entire unit has a slim design, and the wood grip is made to fit comfortably in your hand. 

The Top Handle attaches to any Z-Rail dovetail, and the Z-Rail jaw clamp can be oriented multiple ways to work on horizontal or vertical Z-Rails. The spring-loaded locking lever enables tightening or loosening of the clamp even when you don't have room to fully rotate the lever. It releases quickly with the flip of a mini ratcheting lever. This is well suited for mounting to the GH5 cage or using on your Recoil rigs.

• Zacuto dovetail accessories are adjustable to work with Z-Rail, NATO, SWAT, RED, Picatinny, and Wooden Camera rails.

15mm Rod Lock for Top Handle

The Zacuto 15mm Rod Lock for Top Handle is compatible with the Zacuto Top Handle. It slides right into the cold shoe and two screws help secure it. This adds a 15mm rod clamp, and the purpose of this rod lock is to allow you to be able to mount a variety of accessories, including but not limited to the Axis Mini EVF Mount. The Zacuto 15mm Rod Lock also comes with a removable cold shoe mount, that way you don't lose the handle cold shoe that it is mounted on.
