The Zacuto Z-Rail Axis Mount with 15mm Rod Port is an ideal accessory to have when mounting an Axis Mini onto your rig. This device offers a 15mm quick release rod port perpendicular to the Z-Rail, and it works well with the Canon C200 Top Plate, and the EVA1 Top Plate. If you prefer using the camera's handle over the Zacuto Recoil Handle, the Zacut Z-Rail Axis Mount gives you the possibility of mounting the Axis Mini EVF Mount through its ideal rod port. For optimal mounting, the rod port is positioned at a 45 degree angle from the Z-Rail, bringing it farther forward and up.Â
