Since 1995 we have been an essential supplier of technology products to filmmakers, health care providers, government agencies, public safety, data centers, broadcasters, internet content providers and educational facilities. In this unprecedented time we are making key changes to our operations to combat the spread of this virus to protect our community and our team. Below are the actions we are taking:
The Filmtools Store will be temporarily closed from Saturday, March 21st through Sunday, April 19th. Our focus is to keep you and our team safe and healthy as we navigate these difficult times.
Additional efforts we are taking:
- Closely watching and following guidelines from public health agencies, as well as guidelines from the city, state, and federal government
- Implementing a work from home protocol for our office employees beginning on 3/18
- Taking aggressive steps to minimize risk at our warehouse
Our online and telephone channels as well as warehouse pick up of online orders remain open for business, which will continue as long as we can do so safely. Our sales and customer service teams are available to answer your questions via phone, email, chat or social (though they will be working remotely for the time being).
To our B2B, Corporate, Government, and Education customers: our online portals are active and sales representatives are available to answer any questions.
